Teachers hesitate to use traditional disciplinary methods because parents do not use these old fashioned methods at home;

Parents prefer that the police is called to solve bad behaviour problems because they are reluctant to use traditional methods;

Teachers have always been worried about being brought to court, that’s the reason why parents act out of deference to teachers;
