Killing two birds with one stone

This post will cover some common ways of talking about doing things successfully. Informally, it is very common to say that we “get something done”. When something is completed successfully and often more easily than you expected, you might exclaim, “Job done!” More formally, we can say we “achieve” or “accomplish” something, especially when it takes a lot of effort.
